Strange Animal

Ummmmm...most people have cats that sit on their knitting.  No! We have a dog.  Yes, a dog that gets into the knitting bag.  Lucy is a Yorkie and she loves to get on the knitting whenever I set the bag down on the floor.  It gets difficult when I go to give the yarn that I'm using a good pull and it's tangled around her leg or other body part.

Tea Room

For all of you across the Pond.  Here is Timmy in a tea room having High Tea.  He loves the Vanilla tea and scones with double cream.....but he's got those elbows on the table.

Socks for the Pop-pop

These socks were a gift Christmas gift for my father.  They are made out of Lornas Lace in the colorway Argyle. I wonder what it would be like to make real argyle sock?

Here is The Boy getting ready to toddle off to school to give the baby socks to his teacher.  He was so proud, you would have thought that he knit them himself.

Market Square Bag

This is a shot of the Market Squares Bag before it hit the washing machine.  I did have to by myself a new washing machine just for this purpose.  No,  I needed a new one anyway.

Bohus Waiting

I have finished my first pair of Jaywalkers and I love them.  They are made out of Mountain Mohair and  I knit them on size 1 needles.  I have cast on for another pair out of the same type of yarn, just a different color.  I Don't want to start anything too extravagant before the big arrival.

I have been working on some nice Jaywalkers....just waiting on my Bohus to be delivered from Sweden.  I wouldn't want to get too involved in a large project before the big arrival, now would I!!!!  Anyway, the Jaywalkers are almost complete and the package had better arrive soon or I might have to start something new.
