Here is a picture of the Bohus draped around my daughter's neck. It is coming along very nicely. I have finished the yolk and knit the entire back. I especially like the color and the feel of the yarn is wonderful. The yarn is 50% angora and 50% wool. Maybe this lovely yarn makes up for the fact, that it is knit on size US 1 needles.

Market Bag
This is the Market Bag all felted and ready to carry some knitting projects.
Olympic progress update
Here is the Olympic progress made on my Red Palms Bohus. I have finished the yolk and now I am on the back. I have no excuses now not to move out on this sweater, even if I am on size US 1 needles.
Red Palms Bohus
I have made some progress on my Red Palms Bohus. The going is rather SLOW!!! I am on row 43 and I think that I have to knit to row 67 in order to finish the yolk.
Jaywalkers
These are the Jaywalkers that I knit out of Mountain Colors Mohair. I love these socks. I love the colors, the feel and especially the pattern.. It is a very nice pattern to work on. I have another pair on the needles right now.
Edwardian Jacket
This is the Edwardian Jacket from Debbie Bliss Simply Soft. It is knit out of Cashmarino Astrakhan. I used size US 6 needles (and every little bit of yarn that it called for.)
Olympic Progress
Here is a picture of my progress on the Red Palms Bohus Sweater. It is not too bad to knit on. The yarn is very nice and soft but it is taking FOREVER!!!!! I have about 3" knit here. I love the color, being that I am such a pink girl. I am on about row 23 here and I think that there are 67 rows in the yolk. The purl stitches with the color work hurt my hands a little but I will just have to get through it. So far, I love it and I may have to place another order.
Size US 0 Needles???
My Bohus Stickning Kit has arrived from Sweden. I will be knitting the Red Palms Sweater for the 2006 Winter Olympics. Am I crazy or what????? It is done on size US 0 and US 1 needles!!!!!!...and it is not like I don't have anything else to do.... I have three kids and a husband to deal with. Although, I think that the kids are onto me now. They think that when the Mother is all involved with some sort of complicated knitting project that it is some sort of FREE FOR ALL and it's time to run WILD!!! They will probably be playing in traffic or burning the house down and I won't even know it or with my luck, they'll decide to venture out into the approaching BLIZZARD and get lost in the wilderness.
